As VELAYAT is situated in a residential area, we kindly ask that you respect the peaceful environment of our neighbours. To maintain tranquility, we request that noise levels be kept low between 9 PM and 8 AM.

  • Noise Monitoring: A noise monitoring device is installed on the premises to help us maintain appropriate noise levels. If noise exceeds acceptable limits, we will receive alerts.

  • Three-Strike Policy: We adhere to a three-strike policy regarding excessive noise.

3. Breakages

We recognize that accidents can occur! If you break something during your stay, please notify us as soon as possible.

  • Minor Damage: For small items, there is typically no charge.

  • Significant Damage: For larger items (like a damaged TV screen), we would like to discuss the replacement cost with you before your departure to ensure clarity.

We appreciate your honesty and prompt communication.

4. Smoking Policy

This property enforces a strict no-smoking policy that includes all forms of smoking, such as vaping.

  • Smoking on the Balcony: Should you choose to smoke on the balcony, please close all windows and doors to prevent smoke from entering the interior of the property.

  • Smoke Detection: A smoke detector is installed to monitor smoke levels, and we will be notified if any smoke enters the premises. Violating this policy may result in deductions from your security deposit.
